AngelMaid started in Charlotte 25 years ago with no staff and exactly one client. She was an elderly lady from our church, and she had health and allergy issues that meant we could not use bleach, or anything toxic, in her home at all.
There were barely any natural cleaning products on the shelves back then. So Shell made her own.
Today our standard is all-purpose cleaners matched to every surface. We use bleach in two places only, toilets and black mould or mildew, and rinse it thoroughly. If you would rather we did not use it at all, say so and we leave it out.
