This is the question people ask last, usually right before they book, and often a little sheepishly. It is a completely reasonable thing to want to know. You are letting someone into your house.
Most of our clients are not home. Plenty of them have not been home for years. One of them put it better than we could:
“I’ve been using AngelMaid cleaning services for 8 years. The cleaning is always great. And I do not feel like I must be in the house while they clean. They are totally trustworthy.”
— Linda Flanigan, Google review
Those two words get used loosely, so worth being plain about them. Insured means if something is damaged while we are working, that is covered and it is not a fight. Bonded is the protection that covers you in the event of theft by someone working in your home.
AngelMaid is both. It is not a formality — it is the reason you can hand over a key and stop thinking about it.
Our team is chosen for their eye for detail and put through a program on detailed cleaning methods before they set foot in a client’s home. Many of our clients have had the same people in their house for a decade. Trust is mostly just familiarity plus time.
Then be home. Some people like to be there for the first clean and then stop bothering. Some like to be there always. Neither is a problem, and it does not change the price.
The free in-home estimate happens with you there by definition — we walk the house together and agree what gets covered. That is usually where the question answers itself.
